About the event

The Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports (SAAS) Eduardo Aguirre Adaptive Cycling Center hosts a large collection of adaptive bikes including handcycles, recumbent bikes, side-by-side tandems, and other models. The Center serves youth and adults with physical disabilities and visual impairments, as well as their family and friends.

The Center is located near a quiet 2.2 mile bike path loop in Sam Lena Park which connects with the Chuck Huckleberry Loop. Adaptive cycling allows everyone, regardless of physical disability, to engage in exhilarating exercise while experiencing the beauty and inspiration of the outdoors.

We welcome all community members to participate as a cyclist and/or volunteer. Please sign up here so that we can plan for and accommodate with the right equipment and support.
