Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports believes in the power to adapt and achieve. We aim to transform lives through adaptive sports. We are a nonprofit, volunteer-driven adaptive sports organization formed in 2017 to serve as a catalyst that connects and inspires people in ways to get involved, get active. We are a proud Chapter of Move United, United States Tennis Association, National Wheelchair Basketball Association, and the National Wheelchair Softball Association.

What We Do

Adaptive Sports & Recreation

We provide a variety of Sports & Recreation Programs for adult and youth, adapted to people with disabilities. Our programs include Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Tennis, Wheelchair Softball, Adaptive Cycling Adaptive Golf, Shooting Para Sports and more.

Outreach & Education

With a goal to make Sports & Recreation accessible to all, we strive to maximize our outreach and ensure that people with disabilities know about the opportunities and resources. Our outreach programs include Adaptive Sports in Schools (ASIS), Demo Roadshows and Clinics. In addition, SAAS Cares provides needed services, equipment and resources to the local community.
