WHO WE ARE
Here at Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports, we are driven by a single goal; to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage in recreational and competitive sports. SAAS is a nonprofit 501c3 organization. Our mission is to support the community through promotion and provision of fitness, recreation, and competitive sports opportunities for people with disabilities.
At Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts providing adaptive sports opportunities. We make it happen through cooperation and community empowerment. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
With this initiative, our goal is to share our programs and success with the community. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Schedule an outreach presentation or wheelchair sports demo with SAAS.
SAAS partners with other adaptive sports organizations and initiatives to provide outdoor adventures, water sports, and experiences of a lifetime. Our partners include the University of Arizona Adaptive Athletics, Move United, Arizona Chapter Paralyzed Veterans of America, and more.
